Lee is a Certified Financial Planning Practitioner ™ (CFP) and is licensed as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (formally Certified Divorce Planner, CDP). He is the Co-President and a founding director of the Association of Divorce Financial Planners, a New York metro group of divorce planners. He has attended the MatLaw Divorce Financial Institute where he studied financial issues in divorce as governed by the laws of New York State. He is also an experienced tax practitioner with a tax practice of well over 1,000 clients.

Lee has had articles published in Divorce Magazine, FairShare and Divorce New York. He has spoken before the NY State Council on Divorce and Mediation, the Financial Planning Association, Coalition for Family Justice, and numerous divorce groups.

Lee has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
